The translucent ruby colour of this wine is typical of the variety. Subtle aromas of fresh raspberries, cherries and tilled earth combine with a hint of baking spice. The palate is elegant, with a delicate and silky tannin structure.

The delicate nature of this wine is a perfect match for smoked trout or salmon. Pairs well with charcuterie, ham and other cold meats served with patés and terrines.

Serve at ±15 degrees Celsius.
