A beautiful summery wine, excellent chilled and enjoyed with light delicate dishes.

Still very young with a shy nose, hints of citrus peel, notes of preserved lemon, lime and rounded out with riper guava, quince and pretty white florals. While super fresh, there is a hint of crushed almond to add weight to an entry with gentle acidity.
