Strawberry salad with rocket and pastrami, Vegetable and lamb potjiekos

Made by respectively 16 years and 12 years old winemaker's boys Carlo and Andro de Vries and their father with carefully selected grapes from the Stellenbosch area. This wine has a bouquet of fresh blackcurrant and hints of eucalyptus and cloves. Ripe tannins, delectable opulence and blackcurrant centre flavours on the palate with a lingering blackcurrant finish. Age for up to 8 years.
