Food pairing: A well balanced wine for many foods, specially Spicy foods, Curry,
Steak, Leg of lamb with rosemary,
Pasta with tomato sauce.
Made by winemaker’s boy Carlo de Vries and his
father with carefully selected grapes from the Stellenbosch area.
This wine has a spicy nose with hinted blackcurrant, eucalyptus
and cloves. Fruit cake palate, white pepper and delicate oak finish
on the palate with a lingering finish. Good to enjoy now and will
age well for up to 8 years.
