Our best Sauvignon Blanc grapes were used to make
this full bodied, crisp wine. One half of the grapes
were harvested early in February, while the other half
was harvested 2 weeks later. This gives the wine a
lovely tropical fruit aroma, while tasting freshly cut
green pepper on the palate.
