The Vinologist's journey to discover single-origin Cabernet Sauvignon leads him towards Stellenbosch. Cabernet Sauvignon flourishes amongst the variety of altitudes, aspects and soils of the mountains surrounding Stellenbosch.

The nose is exceptionally perfumed, showing an abundance of violets, dark plums, black cherries and currants with whiffs of sweet tobacco, baking spices and cigar box. Dark berry fruit dominates a smooth, medium-bodied palate with flavours of black currant.
