Very polyvalent. Can match with a carpaccio, a piece of beef, or even lamb.
Grapes are picked early in the morning, at normal maturity. Then, after three days of cold soak, the wine was fermented. Then matured in French oak barrels for 12 months to create a real complexity and freshness. A very interesting wine. Beautiful and complex nose with dark fruits, clove and spice aromas. The taste is incredibly fresh for red wine and the tannins are perfectly integrated into the wine.
