Topiary Rosé (6 bottles)
Grapes are handpicked early in the morning and 1 week before other grapes for lower sugar and higher acidity.
Bunches are immediately whole pressed and the juice fermented in stainless steel.
After 8 months in the tank the wine is racked, filtered, fined and cold stabilized before bottling.
Fresh and dry nose but with some complexity. Notes of cranberry and raspberry. The palate is soft and delicate.
