Siwela Chenin Blanc is made from 100 % Chenin Blanc grapes from the Stellenbosch region. The first press juice was fermented off the skins in stainless steel tank for 21 days at 14 degrees Celsius.

The wine offers a crisp, vibrant, and well-balanced acidity with hints of yellow apples, passion fruit and floral notes. This unwooded white wine pairs well with seafood, white meat, salads or simply on its own. Refreshing when served chilled.
