Made from grapes that were sourced from dry land vineyards to produce concentrated flavours. Aged for 11 months in small oak barrels from different cooperages before undergoing further bottle aging. Beautiful flavours of lime and honey blossom on the nose followed by a palate reminiscent of pineapple and fynbos.
