faq: Frequently asked questions

We ship your entire order together. If one of your items only ships in 4-5 days, your entire order will only ship in 4-5 days.

We will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection. Please note that collections can only be done on working days i.e Monday to Friday. Collections cannot be done on weekends or public holidays.

We try and ship our deliveries as soon as possible. Please remember that we do not stock the deals and we have to receive it from the wine cellar first and then ship it to you. We will keep you informed via email/sms of the status of your shipment.

If you stay in the Cape Town area, your delivery will take 3-5 business days. (Weekends are excluded, we drink wine on the weekends). If you stay in the rest of South Africa, your delivery will take 5-10 business days.

We try and do it in less, but we cannot promise anything.

Please check the box. If there is a sticker on the box indicating that it has been repacked, this means the courier has broken 1 or more bottles and repacked the box. 

Unfortunately we cannot send less than 6 bottles, as we buy them in boxes of 6. Please let us know at support@dailywine.co.za and we will give you a voucher for the broken bottle(s). This voucher can be used on your next purchase.
