Tokara's finest reserve Bordeaux-styled white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Only grapes from the estate's best blocks of Simonsberg mountain vineyards and then only the best grapes of these blocks are used to make this flagship white wine. Expect a vibrant golden hue with ripe quince and baked apples, hints of marzipan and toasted brioche with a subtle herbal note of nettles intertwined in perfect balance right through to the complex, generous finish.
