Vines are grown in slightly clayey soil and based on soil moisture levels measured by neu-tron hydrometers, controlled irrigation is applied. Leaf canopies are carefully managed to ensure the berries receive adequate sunlight. A well-rounded, medium-bodied wine with inviting raspberry and other ripe-berry flavours, hints of spice and dried banana. The wine shows an impressive smoothness with a long fruity finish.
